2. Membership & Conduct
Membership is open to all former students of Nalanda College living in South Australia. To maintain a professional and supportive community environment, members must adhere to the following rules:
- Account Integrity: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Brotherhood Conduct: Members must interact with others respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language in association forums or events will lead to immediate termination of membership.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use association resources for unauthorized commercial purposes or political campaigning without explicit written consent from the executive committee.
- Account Termination: ONASA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion for violations of this code of conduct.
3. Association Events & Fees
ONASA organizes various social, charitable, and networking events throughout the year. The following terms apply to registrations and dues:
- Membership Dues: Annual membership fees are non-refundable and are utilized for the operational costs of the association and charitable initiatives.
- Event Registration: Payment for ticketed events must be made in full at the time of booking. Registrations are typically non-transferable unless specified otherwise.
- Refund Policy: Refund requests for events must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date. Processing fees may apply.
- Event Cancellation: ONASA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds or credits will be provided.

4. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website and distributed through association channels, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ONASA or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
The name "Old Nalandians Association of South Australia" and the association crest are trademarks of ONASA. You may not use these trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not ONASA's in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among members or the public.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONASA, its officers, directors, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services or any content on the services.
ONASA does not warrant that the functions contained on the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
